Health Catalyst is expanding and maintains a large suite of Improvement Apps that contribute to healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions. This includes product that manage the care of health system populations, better serve patients at the point of care, reducing health system costs and reducing clinician workload.


Job Summary:

The People Operations Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of People Operations Initiatives, with primary focus on Employee Engagement, Policy Management and enhancing employee experience.


This role involves cross-functional collaboration, change management, and a strong focus on project delivery within established timelines.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Lead and drive Employee Engagement initiatives across India org, which demonstrate our cultural values.

Drive initiatives with empathy and keep team collaboration/happiness as core focus.

Ensure People Operations Initiatives are aligned strategically with overall Health Catalyst approach.

Work with Leadership to ensure People Operations Strategy is aligned with HCAT India Cultural values.

Lead & execute People Operations programs as per yearly timeline.

Guide & help People Operations Team Members

Providing day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills:


Ability to seamlessly transition between “thinking on your feet” and “looking around corners.

Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms.

Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Employee relations, Policy Management
