  • Participate in identifying performance bottlenecks and potential issues through data analysis under guidance.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize performance data and track progress.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on cloud technologies and DevOps trends.


Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, IT operations, or a related field.


Certifications:

  • AWS / DevOps / Project Management related certifications.
