Job Title:Project Manager – CEO Office Experience:8+ YearsRole OverviewTheProject Manager – CEO Officewill be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and leadership office projects directly under the CEO’s guidance. This role requires a blend ofstrategic thinking, execution excellence, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordinationto ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects that align with the organization’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Management: Lead and track strategic, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and CEO priorities. Governance & Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, define KPIs, monitor risks, and prepare detailed dashboards, presentations, and executive reports for leadership review. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate withCXO-level stakeholdersand department heads acrossSales, Delivery, HR, TA, Finance, Legal, and Marketingto ensure project success and issue resolution. Performance Tracking: Track and report on key organizational initiatives such asTalent Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships, Market Expansion, Opportunity Pipelines, and Leadership Office Projects. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in execution, streamline workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making at the CEO Office level. Confidential Projects: Manage and execute highly confidential and sensitive business initiatives with utmost professionalism and discretion.Experience & QualificationsTotal Experience:Minimum8 years , including3+ years in project or program managementroles handling strategic or transformation initiatives. Project Experience:Exposure tostrategic partnerships, leadership office initiatives, organizational transformation, or business expansion programs. Global Exposure:Experience managing or coordinatingmulti-region/global projectspreferred. Certifications:PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PMO certification preferred. Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Key SkillsStrongproject governance, planning, and KPI trackingcapabilities. Excellentcommunication, presentation, and executive reportingskills. High degree ofexecutive presenceand ability to influence senior leadership. Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills with attention to detail. Proven ability to managemultiple projects simultaneouslyunder tight deadlines.
