It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.About the Role:The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Public Financial Management (PFM) and Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) projects. This role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with project objectives as per the Request for Proposal (RFP).Key Responsibilities:- Lead multidisciplinary teams for PFM/IFMIS projects. - Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of IFMS implementation in India. - Coordinate with Central/State Government departments, PSUs, and private sector stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. - Provide technical guidance on financial reforms and public policy frameworks. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior stakeholders. - Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project success.Required Qualifications & Experience: Education (Mandatory): - Master's degree in Public Policy / Economics / Finance / MBA (General/Finance) / MPA / M.
