SAP PP QM Exp : 5+ Yrs


Job Summary :


- Analyze business requirements and design customized solutions using SAP PP QM functionalities.

- Optimize production planning, scheduling, and execution processes.

- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO.

- Configure quality inspection plans, certificates, and defect management workflows.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and user training sessions.

- Provide end-user support and resolve system-related issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

- Stay updated with SAP advancements and industry best Responsibilities Planning and Management :


- Lead the implementation of the SAP PP & QM modules as part of the SAP S/4HANA on RISE project.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate with other functional leads to ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP Gathering and Analysis :


- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements specific to production planning and quality management in the EPC industry.

- Analyze and map these requirements to SAP PP & QM functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing Design and Configuration :


- Design and configure the SAP PP module to support production planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Design and configure the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection, and control processes.

- Develop and implement custom solutions where standard SAP functionalities do not meet business needs.

- Ensure the system design supports compliance with industry regulations and Management :


- Ensure robust integration between SAP PP & QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO) as well as third-party systems.

- Coordinate data migration activities, ensuring accurate and complete transfer of legacy production and quality and Quality Assurance :


- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify and resolve defects and issues, ensuring the solution meets quality and performance and Support :


- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, focusing on system functionalities and best practices.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance during the hypercare phase and beyond.
