We’re looking for a technically minded and solution-oriented photographer to help us create high-quality product datasets for AI training. This role is less about having an artistic eye and more about understanding process, consistency, and problem-solving in a studio environment.What you’ll be doingSetting up and shooting products in a controlled studio environmentManaging lighting setups — flashes, softboxes, reflectors, and modifiersEnsuring consistent image quality, framing, and exposure across large batches of imagesHandling file organisation, naming, and tagging as part of the dataset workflowTroubleshooting technical issues (camera sync, lighting, colour, etc.)Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient workflows and smooth handoversWhat you bringSolid understanding of studio lighting and camera systemsFamiliarity with colour balance, exposure control, and image consistencyExperience with Lightroom, Capture One, or similar softwareSystematic and Structured approach to file management and process documentationBasic understanding (or curiosity) about AI and how training data is usedA problem-solving mindset — calm under pressure and resourceful when things don’t go as plannedFlexibility and a practical approach to production challengesPersonality fitWe value people who are curious, pragmatic, and proactive. You don’t need to be a creative perfectionist — what matters most is your ability to think ahead, adapt, and ensure the technical side of image production runs smoothly.
