Power BI Developer – JIRA Data Integration & Visualization Bangalore - Hybrid Experience - 4 to 6 Years Notice Period - Immediate Joiners preferred About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to support our project management and analytics needs by integrating JIRA data and transforming it into clear, actionable visualizations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with JIRA APIs, data modelling, and creating intuitive dashboards that help teams track progress, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Connect to JIRA data sources via API or other integration methods. • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) JIRA data into Power BI. • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into project metrics such as sprint progress, issue types, resolution times, team velocity, and backlog health. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations. • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and user-friendly design in all reports. • Maintain and update dashboards as project requirements evolve. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). • Strong understanding of JIRA structure, workflows, and APIs. • Experience in integrating JIRA with Power BI using connectors or custom scripts. • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques. • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, concise manner. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Confluence,). • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data extraction.
