The Data Scientist will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive and descriptive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Tasks include statistical analysis, data visualization, building machine learning models, and deriving insights to enhance customer engagement and optimize retail solutions. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address business challenges using advanced analytics.Qualifications Proficiency in Data Science, Data Analysis, and Statistics Strong data warehousing skills Experience with Data Analytics and Data Visualization tools Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills Proficiency in Python and SQL. Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields Retail industry experience and familiarity with AI/ML applications are a plus
