Key Responsibilities1.Student Counselling & Case Management • Conduct one-to-one and group counselling sessions addressing emotional, behavioural, academic, and social concerns • Create and manage intervention plans, follow-up strategies, and confidential case records • Identify and escalate high-risk cases in consultation with university authorities 2. Crisis Management • Respond to urgent situations such as self-harm risk, panic episodes, substance abuse, conflict, or trauma • Provide psychological first aid and coordinate with parents, faculty, and emergency services 3. Psychometric Assessments • Recommend and administer assessment tools based on student needs • Interpret results for counselling or academic guidance 4. Awareness & Wellbeing Programs• Plan and conduct workshops on stress management, resilience, time management, emotional intelligence, anti-ragging & substance abuse prevention • Design student wellbeing initiatives aligned with NEP holistic development goals 5. Reporting & Monitoring • Maintain counselling documentation and generate analytical reports • Review cases handled by counsellors and provide supervision support 6. Stakeholder Collaboration • Coordinate with faculty mentors, wardens, medical services, ICC/WDC, Department Heads, Anti-Ragging, Sports, and Student Welfare units • Participate in case review meetings and crisis intervention support teams 7. Ethical Standards • Ensure confidentiality, informed consent, and ethical practice at all times • Maintain student-first, culturally sensitive, non-judgmental counselling practices.Eligibility Criteria • Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology) • Minimum 5+ years of counselling experience in higher education or youth-focused settings• Experience handling complex cases, emergency interventions, and program management • Certifications in therapy models (CBT / REBT / Mindfulness / Behaviour Therapy) preferredCall at 8146651512
