Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI Ethics Specialist to ensure the responsible, ethical, and compliant development and deployment of artificial intelligence systems. The role focuses on governance, risk assessment, fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance across AI and data-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks.Assess AI systems for bias, fairness, transparency, explainability, and accountability.Conduct ethical risk assessments for machine learning and AI models.Collaborate with data science, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.Develop policies, guidelines, and best practices for ethical AI use.Monitor and interpret global AI regulations and standards.Support model governance, validation, and documentation processes.Review data sources, labeling practices, and model outputs for ethical risks.Lead ethics reviews and provide recommendations for AI deployments.Conduct training and awareness sessions on responsible AI practices.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, Law, or a related field.4+ years of experience in AI, data governance, risk management, or ethics-related roles.Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI lifecycles.Knowledge of AI ethics principles such as fairness, transparency, explainability, and privacy.Familiarity with AI regulations and standards (EU AI Act, GDPR, OECD, ISO/IEC AI standards).Experience working with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Tools & Technologies (Preferred)Model Governance and Risk ToolsBias and Fairness Assessment Tools (Fair learn, AI Fairness 360)Model Explainability Tools (SHAP, LIME)Data Governance PlatformsDocumentation and policy management toolsCertifications (Nice to Have)Responsible AI or AI Ethics certificationsData Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPP/US)Risk and compliance certificationsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to shape responsible AI practices at scaleExposure to cutting-edge AI systems and governance frameworksCareer growth in AI ethics and responsible AI leadership
