Description :We are looking for 2-4 years experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure for modern SaaS applications.Python/Django REST API knowledge will be considered a strong advantage, as you will collaborate closely with our backend development team to streamline deployments and improve developer productivity.Key Responsibilities : Infrastructure & Deployment :- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (code integration, testing, deployment).- Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).- Ensure highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.- Manage Dockerized applications and orchestrate deployments (Kubernetes/ECS).Monitoring & Security :- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).- Implement infrastructure security best practices (IAM, VPC, secrets management, encryption).- Perform regular audits, patching, and vulnerability management.Collaboration & Automation : - Work closely with backend developers (Python/Django REST API).- Automate infrastructure tasks using Python/Shell scripting, Ansible, or Terraform.- Support multiple environments (test, staging, production) and ensure smooth rollouts.Reliability & Issue Resolution : - Own incident management troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.- Optimize performance, resource utilization, and costs.- Document processes, SOPs, and & Skills : Core DevOps Skills (Required) : - Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).- Experience with containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).- Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, and system security.Added Advantage (Good to Have) : - Knowledge of Python/Django REST Framework.- PostgreSQL administration & performance tuning.- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MQTT.- Exposure to DevSecOps (SAST, DAST, security scanning).General Requirements : - 2 - 4 years of DevOps/SRE experience.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Strong problem-solving & ownership skills.- Ability to work in high-pressure production situations.What We Offer : - Competitive Compensation : Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (if required).- Career Growth : Path to Senior DevOps Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Lead.- Work Culture : Ownership-driven, collaborative, Skill Development : Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS deployments & large-scale infrastructure challenges.
