This role is crucial in ensuringseamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiencyacross the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions that support business operations and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities Integration Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and data consistency. Data Flow Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipelines and integration processes. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to maintain data accuracy and minimize business disruption. Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and data mappings. Enforce best practices for data management and ETL standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and efficiency. Recommend and implement modern tools and practices. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience indata integration, ETL development, or related roles Strong proficiency withSSISand other ETL/integration tools Solid understanding ofdata architecture, APIs, and integration patterns Excellentproblem-solving, analytical , andcommunicationskills Strongcollaborationabilities and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience withAzure Data Factory ,Azure Function Apps , andAzure Service Bus Familiarity withSalesforce APIsand integration best practices Exposure toERP systems(e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus Technical Proficiency ETL Tools:SSIS, Azure Data Factory Cloud Integration:Azure Function Apps, Service Bus CRM:Salesforce Databases:Microsoft SQL Server Productivity Tools:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)Why Zywave Zywave empowers insurers and brokers to drive profitable growth and thrive in today’s evolving risk landscape.
