Role (you will):Source, screen, and engage seafarers and shore-based professionals for ship management roles. Maintain candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with technical and crewing departments. Manage onboarding documents, verification, and compliance records (STCW, CoC, CDC, etc.). Liaise with manning agents, training centers, and internal teams for timely placements. Support employer branding and recruitment drives (digital campaigns, maritime events). Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets or ATS tools. Minimum Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in maritime / ship management recruitment or HR operations. Strong understanding of seafarer documentation and rank structure. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with databases and spreadsheets. Ability to work independently with accountability.
