We specialize in delivering end-to-end logistics solutions including e-commerce fulfillment, international freight forwarding, 3PL warehousing, cross-border transportation, digital supply chain management, and open yard logistics.In India, RSA Global is setting up a first-of-its-kind automated facility at JNPT Port — a Container Care Centre for repair, maintenance, storage, and turnaround of empty containers. This facility will redefine industry standards for automation, sustainability, and operational excellence. RSA Global also operates 3PL warehouses in Sikandrabad and Guwahati, serving diverse customer verticals.Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, statutory compliance, and operational excellence across RSA Global India. The role calls for a hands-on professional with strong analytical and leadership skills, capable of driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability within the finance function.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & ComplianceEnsure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax).Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements.Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards.2. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).Conduct cost-centre and business vertical-wise analysis to support management decisions.Monitor actual vs. budget performance, highlight variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.3. Internal Control & AuditAssist in planning and execution of internal audits.Identify process gaps and compliance risks; implement corrective actions.Support the development of SOPs, internal controls, and financial policies.4. Banking, Treasury & CoordinationManage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.Oversee cash flow, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.Support loan documentation, compliance certifications, and funding coordination with the Group.5. Team LeadershipLead and develop a team of 4–5 members, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.Drive continuous improvement and capability building within the finance team.Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and compliance (preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing).Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, indirect taxation, and statutory frameworks.Proficiency in ERP systems (Ramco / Zoho / D365) and advanced Excel skills.Analytical, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a pioneering logistics infrastructure project in India.A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with UAE-based global leadership.Competitive compensation, career growth, and cross-border exposure.
