To accelerate this journey, we are hiring a world-class sales builder — someone who can create a high-velocity GTM engine, generate qualified pipeline, deliver exceptional demos, close deals, and guide SDRs to excellence.If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t just sell — you architect revenue — this role is for you.Role Overview: Growth & Revenue ArchitectYou are the Cassius of selling the wheel — someone who knows how to introduce a powerful innovation and make organizations realize they can’t operate without it.This is a builder’s role. You will create the full GTM and outreach engine, generate leads, run product demos, close deals, and guide SDRs and BDRs to peak performance.You must be a high-output individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup, owns the entire sales cycle, and operates with precision, independence, and measurable impact.What You Will Own1. Build the GTM & Sales EngineDesign and implement outbound systems, workflows, cadences, and messagingSet up CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing tools, and lead attributionCreate ICPs, persona definitions, outbound scripts, and conversion funnelsEstablish a predictable and scalable pipeline engine2. Lead Generation & Outreach ExcellenceBuild and execute targeted outbound campaignsWrite high-impact messaging and multi-step sequencesUse modern GTM tools, automation, and research to increase conversionsOwn weekly and monthly pipeline targets3. Run High-Impact Product DemosDeliver story-driven demos that convertUnderstand Tymeline deeply and map capabilities to business outcomesPresent to founders, operations leaders, engineering leaders, finance heads, and cross-functional teamsSet a new standard of demo excellence inside the company4. Close Deals with PrecisionOwn the full sales cycle end-to-endQualify, nurture, negotiate, and close deals independentlyImprove demo-to-close ratios and shorten sales cyclesMaintain meticulous documentation and forecasting5. Guide & Elevate SDR/BDR PerformanceMentor, coach, and upskill SDRs and junior sales talentSet outreach quality standards and call/email frameworksReview sequences, messaging, targeting, and conversionsBuild an SDR system that consistently produces qualified meetings6.
