This engineer position will be responsible for working with engineering mobile apps and Cloud teams to assure the cybersecurity protection.


We are looking to hire a cybersecurity engineer with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of cybersecurity methodologies. The candidate is expected to have a close attention to details, excellent problem-solving skills, can work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight schedule.


To ensure success, a Cyber Security Engineer must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems and troubleshooting of the network.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the customer data, systems and networks.
  • Conduct security review of software feature designs.
  • Troubleshooting security problems.
  • Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.
  • Ensuring that the data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
  • Overseeing testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.


Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with app/Cloud data protection planning and implementation.
  • Experience in using various static and dynamic code scanning tools.
  • Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques, OWASP Top 10 Security Risk testing and issue fixing experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.


Education:

  • CS/EE bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree is a plus
