Market Analysis: - Continuously research and analyze shipping markets to advise clients on trends, opportunities, and market conditions. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with both ship owners and charterers (clients). Contract Management: - Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex maritime contracts and charter agreements. Networking: - Develop and expand a network of contacts within the global maritime industry. Regulatory Compliance: - Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Business Development: - Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio. Essential Skills:- Negotiation: Persuasively advocate for clients to secure favorable terms in deals.- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the tanker shipping market, including pricing, supply, and demand dynamics.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and other parties.- Networking: Ability to build and maintain a strong professional network.- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data and trends to provide sound advice.
