Key Responsibilities:

Create and enforce knowledge management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of information.

Facilitate collaborative content creation efforts across teams to ensure knowledge is captured and shared effectively.

- Solid comprehension of services, knowledge, and processes (such as business development, go-to-market, and service delivery).

- Strong influencing skills, including a track record of inspiring groups and fostering a positive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and written and verbal communication abilities, as well as a strong executive presence.
- Proven capacity to oversee projects and programs with strict attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Skillful interpersonal communication.
- Good practical experience that involves identifying and disseminating best practices, guidelines, techniques, and methodologies.
- Has an innate desire to work with others and be commercial; can interact with stakeholders well and build relationships based on trust.
- Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience in content analysis and strategy formulation.
Qualifications:
Work experience: 6-12 years
Preferred MBA/ PGDM degree holder from a reputed institute
Proficient with knowledge management systems and tools.
