Urgent: Technical Writer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for client products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources.Responsibilities- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQs - Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify information - Organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner - Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality - Update existing documentation based on product updates and user feedback - Adhere to style guides and document standards - Manage documentation projects and timelines as neededQualifications- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a technical field (preferred but not required) - 3+ Years of relevant work experience. - Proven experience as a technical writer or in a relevant role - Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts - Experience with IXIASOFT - Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Git) - Experience with multimedia documentation (screenshots, diagrams, video) is a plus.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
