JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drafting various Notices, agreements and deeds
• Handling Sec.138 cases of NI Act, SEc 25 PASA and various cases under IPC,
• Handling Arbitration Proceeding under Arbitration Act 1996 end to end
• Handling Sec. 9 cases Under Arbitration Act 1996
• Handling of all types of cases Civil & Criminal Nature.
• Drafting of notices and replies & rejoinders
• Handling of escalation cases
• Day to day follow up of cases and maintaining MIS Report
• Writing of various Applications.
• Worked on Document Review
• Review documents and case laws.
• Prepare documentation and briefs for the cases
• Keeping synchronization between company officials and court procedures.
• Maintain records and case files, conduct research and correspond with advocates empanelled.
• Dealing in litigation matters i.e Conveyancing.
• New Roles and responsibilities as and when required

Requirements:

• Graduate in Law
• Experience of 5-10 years in law
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Ms Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Display Ownership and Accountability
• The role requires a curious learner who takes initiative and is adaptable to changing business needs
