Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Architect 4 to 5 years, located in Mumbai. An Architect with a flair for designing and innovation, who is ready to stretch the boundary to get superior designs. The architect will assist with architectural design, project planning, and development in alignment with the firm’s focus on biophilic principles. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, collaborating with team members, ensuring project integration with engineering disciplines, and maintaining quality during site visits for execution. The role also involves coordinating with team members, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure progress and adherence to timelines. Preference for experience in Healthcare projects.QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent from reputable colleges)Proficiency in Architectural DesignUnderstanding of Integration with engineering disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and environmental systemsFamiliarity with architectural and 3D softwares. eg- CAD, Lumion, Sketchup etc.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork skillsExperience with HEALTHCARE projects design is an advantageCompany DescriptionIMK Architects, founded in 1957, is a Mumbai- and Bengaluru-based Architectural, Urban Planning, and Interior Design firm with over five decades of experience and more than 150 executed projects across India and internationally.
