We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Account Executive with expertise in Tally GSTTDS and Advanced Excel to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing thecompanys daytoday accounting operations ensuring accurate financial reporting andcomplying with relevant tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daytoday accounting activities using Tally. Handle GST filing return preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Process and manage TDS calculations deductions and returns. Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports. Maintain accurate ledgers including accounts payable and receivable. Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes. Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and datamodeling. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to internal controls. Assist with audits financial forecasting and budgeting as required.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role. Strong proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting management. Indepth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and filing procedures. Expertise in Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP Pivot Tablesformulas etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Certification in Tally or relevant accounting software is preferred. 2 years of experience in accounting with specific knowledge of GST TDS andadvanced Excel techniques.
