Python Developer (On-Site/In-office)

 

Location: Rajkot / Ahmedabad

 

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

 

Expected Tech Skill:

 

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Python,Django.

- Good knowledge of various Python Libraries, APIs and Web Applications.

- Experience in back end and front end programming - HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Angular and JSON/REST-based web services.

- Need to have experience in web scraping specially using selenium or beautifulsoup

- Understand database transactions and familiar with MongoDB.

- Design and implement a full-stack web/mobile application using Python Django framework.

- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Understanding of databases, SQL and non-relational plus the Django ORM.

- Experience deploying Python applications into production.

- As you need to communicate with team based on Multiple locations, you must have good communication skill and team player approach.

 

Good to have the following:

- Experience of working with project management tools like Jira, Asana etc.

- Code Versioning such as Git.

- Have a Good communication and Time Management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.


Education / Preferred soft skills:

 

-      Degree: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech

-      Good command over English speaking/writing is desired

-      Ability to independently communicate with end users/team will be a big plus

 

Selection Process

 

-      Round 1: 15 to 30 mins interview over Video call on Zoom or Meet or in person at Office. Video must be on during the interview

 

-      Round 2: If round 1 is cleared a practical/technical test will be conducted which will require 4 to 8 hours to finish the task. This can be done in 2 parts if 1 full day is not available. We check the coding style and the logic applied to the given task.

 

-      Round 3: 15 to 20 minutes call with Senior management

 

Note for Interview: Candidates are requested to share at least 2 dates and 2 suitable time slots for the interviewer to call.

 

       

Working Days:

 

-      5 Days working / 8.5 to 9 Hours a Day (Saturday / Sunday Off) .

-      9.30 AM to 1.30 AM / 2.30 PM to 7.00 PM

-      Training: 2 Times a month for the subject matter.
