Now, we're looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to help us expand our footprint in Delhi.What You'll Do:As the Regional Business Manager for Delhi, your mission is clear:A. Drive Business Growth:- Spearhead strategies to crush sales targets and identify untapped opportunities in the hospital sector.- Expand Hexagon Nutrition's reach across corporate hospitals, building a dominant presence in the healthcare space.B. Lead and Inspire Teams:- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Set ambitious goals and deliver continuous training to ensure success.C. Build Long-Term Relationships:- Cultivate strong ties with key hospital stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Negotiate high-value contracts and optimize profitability.D. Shape Hexagon's Brand:- Work alongside marketing to develop impactful regional campaigns.- Increase brand visibility within hospitals and healthcare networks.E. Manage Financials:- Own your regional budget, forecast sales, and track performance.- Provide insightful reports to leadership to drive business strategy.F.
