SailPoint IdentityNow Architect

Job Description

As a SailPoint Certified Architect for Identity Security Cloud, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management solutions leveraging SailPoint's ISC platform. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze existing systems, and design comprehensive IAM solutions to meet the needs of the organization.

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Architect Roles & Responsibilities

• Gathering customers' business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs
• Assisting with the actual technical delivery of the solution via written code or complex configuration when required
• Responsible for personnel performance and escalations.
• Maintain focus on client satisfaction during ISC service delivery.
• Assisting in the scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects
• Develop Level of Efforts for new opportunities and review proposals
• Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
• Lead architecture and design new SailPoint ISC solutions across multiple IAM technologies and functional areas
• Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability, and continuity discussions
• Lead SailPoint technology assessments and health checks
• Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of SailPoint ISC solution when required
• Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 -7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, systems, integrator, or consulting firm
• 3 - 4+ years implementing IdentityNow and Identity Security Cloud
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
• Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners
• Experience with some of the following:
• XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers
• Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
• Relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Directories (LDAP, AD)
• JSON, BeanShell
• Enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow)
• Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Preferred
• Past experience with identity governance vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, Saviynt, One Identity
• Experience with role-based access controls and least-privileged access models
• Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
• Experience with quality assurance duties (usability testing, performance testing, test cases and test plans)
