Job Title : SAP Operations AnalystLocation : Pune, IndiaExperience : 3 to 6 yearsJob Type : Full-TimeWork Model : HybridJob Overview :We are seeking a skilled SAP PP Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and production strategies.Key Responsibilities :- Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions accordingly.- Configure and customize SAP PP modules : production orders, material requirements planning (MRP), work centers, routings, etc.- Support SAP implementation and roll-out projects.- Conduct functional testing (UT, IT, UAT) and prepare documentation.- Provide training and support to key users and end-users.- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM) to ensure seamless integration.Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP system operations.- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.- Experienced in SAP Fiori Apps.- Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and transport management.- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or repetitive).- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support.- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.- Knowledge in RISE management and application operation knowledge in BTP.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP Manufacturing certification or relevant SAP module certifications.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits.- Flexible hybrid work model (Pune-based).- Opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments.- Career growth, learning, and certification opportunities.- Supportive, collaborative team culture.
