Our mission is to build your sales success story, one customer at a time. Role Description This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at YourFirstSalesGuy. The Co-Founder will collaborate on driving the strategic direction of the business, scaling operations, and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, identifying market opportunities, creating and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the Co-Founder will engage in research to continuously enhance service offerings and foster growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to drive customer acquisition and implement growth strategiesExcellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management and team collaborationAnalytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, assess data, and develop actionable insightsProficiency in Research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapesProven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and contribute strategically at an executive levelExperience in startups, sales operations, or business development is a strong advantagePassion for working in fast-paced environments and building solutions for emerging businesses and underserved sectorsBackground in entrepreneurship or a relevant industry is a plus
