Description :- Lead design and discovery workshops for Oracle CRM (Service Cloud) applications with business and technical stakeholders.- Define and manage the overall archiving and decommissioning strategy for Oracle CRM systems.- Oversee the extraction of Oracle CRM data and components for migration or archival, ensuring data integrity and compliance.- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth transition of CRM systems.- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Service Cloud architecture and best practices.- Drive and manage large-scale decommission or migration projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards during data extraction, archival, and migration.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud and CRM architecture.- Proven experience leading CRM data migration, archival, or decommission projects.- Expertise in Oracle CRM data extraction, archiving, and compliance processes.- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Preferred :- Experience with cloud-based Oracle Service Cloud implementations.- Familiarity with integration frameworks, APIs, and data governance practices.- Exposure to project management methodologies for large IT transformation programs.
