We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail domain processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in retail operations.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide technical teams.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making, trend identification, and issue resolution.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the retail domain.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including supply chain, inventory management, sales, and customer service processes.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Familiarity with retail-specific software (e.g., ERP, POS systems).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Exposure to digital transformation projects within the retail domain.
