Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to mentor, coach and support junior resources in the US. You will be working on a variety of projects, leveraging your expertise in Java development, React, and cloud technologies to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Java applications.
  • Utilize React to create dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor, coach, and support junior developers in US, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new solutions where appropriate.
  • Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized IT solutions.


Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•Proven experience as a Full stack Java Developer (Very strong conceptually and familiarity with different modules) for at least 10 years, with a strong understanding of Angular, react, Databases, Java EE, Spring Boot and SpringFramework, Kafka, Unit test, Python (familiarity), and related technologies.

•Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

•Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects in healthcare, finance, or retail sectors.

•Excellent mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for developing junior talent.

•Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
