Job Title : Java Developer - Streaming & Data Integration

Work Locations (Hybrid - 3 Days from Office) Description :

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Java Developer with experience in real-time data streaming and integration. This role will focus on developing enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Flink, with data streaming through Kafka and integration with platforms like Confluent. Familiarity with modern data engineering tools such as Databricks, ADF Pipelines, and Snowflake is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.


- Work with Apache Flink to handle real-time data streaming, view creation, and data synchronization with destination systems.


- Integrate with Kafka and Confluent for event streaming and distributed messaging.


- Implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.


- Collaborate with data engineering teams on integration with platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake.


- Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability through testing and monitoring.


- Participate in code reviews, system design, and architectural discussions.


- Work in a hybrid work model (3 days from office) with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Skills (Must Have) :


- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.


- Practical experience with Apache Flink for :


1. View creation


2. Data streaming


3. Data synchronization with destination systems


- Working experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent Platform.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have) :


- Exposure to Databricks and big data processing frameworks.


- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.


- Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.

Work Location :

Candidate can be based out of Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum, or Gurgaon.

Work Mode : Hybrid - 3 Days Work from Office (WFO)
