We're on the hunt for talented RPA Developers to join our teams in Pune and Bangalore As an RPA expert, you'll transform the way our business works by designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge automation workflows. Are you ready to take the leap and be part of this exciting journey?Responsibilities :- Create magic with automation Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Automation Edge or UiPath.- Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions.- Tame those documents Implement document processing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding or Automation Edge.- Configure and train ML models for classification and data extraction.- Integrate RPA workflows with external systems (APIs, databases, enterprise applications).- Test, debug, and deliver high-quality solutions.- Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure business continuity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and peers.Required Skills & Qualifications :- You're an RPA rockstar Strong hands-on experience in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding) or Automation Edge is a must.- OCR skills are a must Proficiency in ABBYY FlexiCapture, Tesseract, Google Vision API, etc.- Programming/scripting expertise in VB.NET, C#, or Python.- Familiarity with SQL for database operations.- Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Fantastic communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications :- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is great, but we're more excited about your experience and skills- UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer / Document Understanding Specialist) are a big plus- Experience with Automation Edge or other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a bonus- Knowledge of AI (ref:hirist.tech)
