Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SAP Production Planning SME
Responsibilities:
• Should have worked in all the main processes of SAP PP like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock Discrete, SFC, Planning strategies, MRP, SOP, Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation and Status management repetitive manufacturing, and Master data etc should have experience in SAP PP on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
• The SME must have in-depth knowledge of the SAP PP module, including its configuration and customization capabilities. This includes understanding master data management, such as material masters, work centers, and bills of materials. Proficiency in configuring production orders, routing, and capacity planning is crucial for aligning the system with business needs.
• An SAP PP SME should possess strong integration skills to ensure seamless interaction between the PP module and other SAP modules like materials management (MM), sales and distribution (SD), and quality management (QM). This involves understanding data flow, dependencies, and how changes in one module can impact others, ensuring a cohesive and efficient enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment.
• The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN. 
• The candidate should have 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience.
• The candidate should have experience of supporting big SAP S4 HANA implementations
• Good presentation and communication skills are desirable.
• Closely work with the business to prepare the data for pilot and full implementations
• Facilitate the mock and final cutovers for the manufacturing stream.
• Leadership communication about the progress, risk and help needed.
• Knowledge in PM is Plus.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation: B.Tech/B. E, MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Configurator experience in SAP PP
• Knowledge of S4 HANA
