Job Title : SRS - MS Application Developer (Web) with ReactExperience : 4 to 6 YearsLocation : PuneShift : 2 PM / 3 PM IST to 12 AM / 1 AM IST (Shift-based role)Job Description :- Take the ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.- Coordinate with different teams for dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.- Provide prompt and accurate response to customers issues and ensure proper updates and closure of all issues.- Utilize all company tools to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet the organizations contractual commitments.- Develop, compile and test code. Submit source code and XUnit test results for review and approval by team lead.- Address hot fixes as they arise in production at the highest priority.- Experience of working in an offshore delivery environment following either the SCRUM or Agile development methodology.- Team player with positive attitude and proactively collaborates with peers to resolve customer issues.- Monitoring the applications and log to identify system outage and users exception experiences.- Min 4 to 6 years of experience of Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on REACT, C#, .NET, Web API, and Azure.Technical Skills :- .NET Core, CSharp- WebAPI- ReactJS- Redux- Entity Framework Core- Microservices- Azure- JQuery- HTML5- Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server.- Version control using GIT or similar- Ability to work with Technical Lead to clear ambiguity- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
