Role: Senior Technical Lead – Associate Architect (Microsoft Fabric)Experience : 8-12 yearsLocation: Greater Noida, Work from office 5 daysKey Responsibilities:- Architect & Design Solutions: Lead the end-to-end architecture of data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. - Data Engineering Leadership: Guide the data engineering team in building robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and semantic models. - Migration Strategy: Define and implement validation rules, reconciliation mechanisms, and ensure zero data loss during migration from legacy systems to Fabric. - Reporting & Visualization: Architect and optimize reporting layers using Power BI, ensuring performance and usability. - Governance & Compliance: Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Fabric-native tools. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across Fabric services. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategy, roadmap, and architecture patterns. - Best Practices & Mentorship: Promote architectural best practices and mentor development teams on Fabric components and modern data architecture.Skills:- Min 8 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics. - Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI. - Strong understanding of cloud data architecture, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration. - Experience with data governance tools like Microsoft Purview. - Hands-on experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation strategies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, or related technologies are a plus.
