You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for AI integration, and drive innovation in our product offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions tailored to meet business objectives and requirements in the procurement domain.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior resources, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in AI solution development.
  • Utilize expertise in Azure cloud services to design scalable and cost-effective AI solutions, leveraging Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and other relevant Azure technologies.
  • Apply advanced NLP techniques and LLM (Large Language Models) to develop sophisticated AI models for text analysis, document processing, and semantic understanding in procurement workflows.
  • Actively participate in hands-on development activities, including coding, prototyping, and model experimentation, to drive innovation and accelerate solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing procurement systems and workflows, ensuring interoperability and data integrity.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of AI solution development, from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and alignment of objectives.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in architecting AI solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Azure cloud platform, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM), with proven experience in developing and deploying NLP-based AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of procurement domain processes and challenges, with prior experience in implementing AI solutions in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with proficiency in AI/ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation in AI solution development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead a team of junior resources, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
