Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dotnet Tech Lead at atQor. The Dotnet Tech Lead will be responsible for leading software development projects, overseeing programming tasks, managing databases, and ensuring network security for projects based in Ahmedabad.

Skills Preferred :

- C#, OOPS, .Net MVC, .Net Core, REST APIs, SQL, JQuery/JavaScript, SDLC, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Angular, React JS, Node Js, MS Azure, Azure DevOps, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, MS certification AZ-204/Az-400/Az-305, Resource /Team management, Certified scrum master is plus,

Qualification :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

- At least 5+ years of experience in full stack development, 3+ years of experience in leading the team

- Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Strong back-end development skills (e.g., Node.js, .NET).

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Working experience of MS azure and Azure DevOps is must.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI is plus.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration skills.

- Experience managing software projects, with strong organizational and planning skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Capability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

- Commitment to mentoring and developing team members.

- Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.

- Experience with SOLID principles and Design patterns is must.

- Strong understanding of version control systems - Git.

- Familiarity with best practices in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development.

- Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP).

- Familiarity with security tools and practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, encryption)
