Your ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing.Ensure recruitment activities align with account KPIs and compliance standards.Act as a Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers.Maintain accurate documentation in line with client processes and recruitment legislation.Guide and support Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators.Forecast hiring needs through analysis of recruitment activity.Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, constructive feedback.Help build and manage pre-qualified talent pools using market insights.Your Experience & Skills2–4 years of recruitment experience (staffing or corporate HR).Skilled in behavioral interviewing and managing multiple roles/stakeholders.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Experience working with global teams is a plus.Apply Now
