Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect with a minimum of 7+ years to lead our AI/ML and data initiatives. This role is perfect for a professional with a deep understanding of generative AI, traditional AI/ML technologies, and data architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions that drive business value. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project delivery, and pre-sales support to ensure the successful rollout of innovative solutions across various client engagements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive architecture and design for AI/ML and data solutions across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technological best practices.
  • Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and craft tailored proposals that demonstrate the value and feasibility of proposed AI/ML solutions.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice on AI/ML technologies, data strategies, and digital transformation to enhance business outcomes.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the implementation of projects from conception through completion, ensuring robust deployment and integration of AI/ML solutions into client environments.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members in project delivery, solution development, and complex problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with all project stakeholders, from technical team members to executive-level clients, ensuring clear understanding and expectations at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations to convey the value of data science initiatives.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and data technology to continuously improve solution offerings and internal capabilities.


Qualifications:


Must Have:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect role.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data and AI solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering for optimizing interactions with large language models.
  • Experience with MLOps / LLMops practices to ensure efficient lifecycle management of machine learning models.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to support sales teams through technical expertise and client engagement in pre-sales activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data and AI/ML issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Good to Have:


  • Good to have experience in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Exposure with big data technologies, real-time processing, and analytics platforms.
  • Good to have experience in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
