Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2C Sales
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for education, and a
proven track record of driving growth. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with
educational institutions, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the
customer base within the education sector.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and
prospecting.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in
educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities.
● Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, effectively
communicating the value and benefits.
● Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet
their specific needs.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer
support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
● Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and conversion
rates.
● Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and
generate leads.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
● Minimum of 1 or above years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education industry
or a related field.
● Strong understanding of the education market, including knowledge of current trends,
challenges, and opportunities.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.
● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
● Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
