About Position:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Infographics & Data Visualization Designer to join our creative team as part of the new in-house Creative Studio. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data and information into compelling, visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate insights. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the company.Role: Infographics & Data Visualization Designer Location: Pune Experience: 5+ years Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Design clear, engaging, and informative infographics, charts, and data visualizations for digital and print platforms. Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders across the company to understand data and storytelling objectives. Develop static, interactive, and animated visualizations that enhance content strategy and engagement. Ensure accuracy and clarity in data representation, adhering to best practices in visual storytelling. Optimize graphics for various media, including websites, presentations, reports, and social media. Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual style and brand consistency across all data-driven content. Collaborate with designers to create interactive data visual experiences where applicable. Stay updated on design trends, visualization techniques, and emerging technologies in the field.Expertise You'll Bring:5+ years of experience in designing infographics, charts, and data-driven visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a plus. Strong understanding of data storytelling, layout design, and typography. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into visually compelling narratives. Experience working with corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
