Xplore Digital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team If you're passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing, we’d love to hear from you.


Position: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.) and implement campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility.

2. Plan, create, and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.

3. Build and manage influencer partnerships, from initial outreach to collaboration and campaign execution.

4. Use tools like Skype, Zoom, and email for regular follow-ups with influencers and affiliates.

5. Coordinate the sharing of campaign details with influencers and track their performance.

6. Maintain communication with affiliates, ensuring the smooth execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.

7. Monitor and report on key metrics for both social media and influencer campaigns.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create new social media content and strategies.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand relevant.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

2. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies.

3. Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.
