Ecomnia.com is more than a shopper acquisition platform. It’s a complete reimagination of the ecommerce ecosystem. Job Description:


As a Recruiter at Infigonia, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the company's hiring needs and ensure that we bring in talent that aligns with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ad-Tech Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates across various functions within the AdTech industry: Technical and Non-Technical roles
  • Industry-Specific Sourcing: Utilize specialized sourcing strategies tailored to the AdTech industry, leveraging industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and communities 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and online platforms.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the AdTech
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including key technologies, platforms, and industry players.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using ATS, Recruiter, and other recruitment tools; comfortable with data-driven recruitment practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to identify and attract the best talent.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
