About the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance IT and hands-on experience across the Duck Creek Suite.As a Duck Creek Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, developing, and supporting insurance solutions using Duck Creek tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy, billing, and claims modules while ensuring seamless integrations and adherence to industry best practices.Key Responsibilities :Development & Configuration :- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Duck Creek tools including : - Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin- Build and customize forms, transact events, custom server requests, and APIs.- Implement and support Duck Creek shredding for downstream data processing.- Configure and manage E2/E3 environments (E3 experience is a plus).- Work on CBO integration, runtime debugging, and API integrations.- Manage and optimize Duck Creek SQL databases, SQL Server jobs, and objects.- Support Data Fix and Batch Process Requests.- Participate in the installation and configuration of Duck Creek products.- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of implemented solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Duck Creek platform.- Proficiency in Duck Creek versions 6.x, 7.x, and newer.- Strong working knowledge of :1. XSLT, XML, HTML5, SQL2. OOP languages : C#, Java, VB.NET, or JavaScript- Good understanding of Duck Creek database structures and SQL server objects.- Experience with the forms engine, transact events, and server-side customizations.- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills :- Experience with Cloud Computing / AWS deployments.- Exposure to Headless Duck Creek model.- Experience in Duck Creek Template upgrades.- Familiarity with Duck Creek Anywhere API, Message Hub, and Insights.- Knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting, preferably using Microsoft SSRS.
