Job Description:

  • Should have 6 to 8 years’ experience as BA mainly in Commercial/ Corporate Banking Domain.
  • Good understanding on Liquidity management, Cash Management, commercial loans, working capital finance.
  • Understanding of retail banking and digital channels is good to have.
  • Should have prior experience in Core Banking System.
  • Should have worked on end-to-end delivery of CBS implementations, migration, upgrade projects.
  • Impeccable record in supporting UAT of CBS implementation project.
  • Detailed understanding of testing methodologies, tools and technologies used.
  • Experience working with test automation.
  • Experience working on APIs and other integration techniques.
  • Experience in Agile methodology is good to have.
  • Experience working with ASEAN clients will be preferred
  • MBA from reputed college
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation.
  • Excellent functional / documentation skills.


Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in helping the prioritization and delivery of requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other members of BA team.
  • Helping to define analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the program and preferred methodology of the organization
  • Facing off to one or many business areas/SME's understanding high level requirements and challenging where necessary
  • Working independently to elicit, validate and document systems requirements in either BRDs or user/feature stories depending on the SDLC in use.
  • You will be part the design process coordinated by the program management team, from approval to design completion helping to ensure the functionality/benefits are delivered
  • Supporting the testing strategy and input into the coverage of test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested
  • Where applicable, during testing own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement and design working with test teams and SMEs
  • Where applicable working with functional or business areas and SMEs to plan migrations of users and or transactions
  • Support the teams to validate migrated data into the new systems.
