Overview:

Penguincil Design is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to create visually stunning designs that communicate our clients' messages effectively. If you have a solid grasp of graphic design fundamentals and are skilled with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing graphics for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, and project teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.
  • Produce creative assets such as banners, brochures, posters, social media content, and marketing materials.
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant software to create high-quality designs.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to our designs.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with creating designs for both print and digital media.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing your graphic design work must be submitted to be considered for this role.
