Company DescriptionWe are the MEP Learnings Community, a professional network of MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors from the construction industry. We organize technical workshops, networking meetups, and knowledge-sharing sessions to help professionals learn and grow together.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Power BI and Data Analytics Specialist cum Administrative Assistant to help us with both data analysis and day-to-day coordination tasks that support our growing community.Responsibilities:• Collect and organize participant data from community groups• Create clear, interactive dashboards using Power BI to track growth and engagement• Provide insights on monthly trends and professional distribution (consultants, contractors, etc.)• Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks• Help prepare content such as event summaries, social media copy, and WhatsApp messages• Assist with tasks related to our monthly community meetups• Maintain simple records, manage follow-ups, and assist with occasional email draftingRequirements:• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Excel• Experience in data visualization and reporting• Good written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage time and tasks independently• Organized and detail-oriented approach to coordination workWork Type: Part-time, Freelance, Remote (India only)Hours: 10–12 hours per week- Compensation: INR 10,000 per month
