Description:About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to join our fast-paced Digital Transformation team in Pune.You will be the crucial link between our business strategy and technology execution, focusing on optimizing processes and building scalable digital products.This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA graduates to drive real-world impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations) to clearly understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.- Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and document current business processes ("As-Is"), identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined, tech-enabled "To-Be" processes to enhance productivity and user experience.- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel) to interpret complex data sets, identify key trends, and present data-driven insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.- Solution Design & Validation: Work closely with the technology/development teams to design and test proposed solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with the original business objectives and user needs.- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and user manuals.Skills & Requirements:- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM (Mandatory) from a reputed institution, with a specialization in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Information Systems preferred.- Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional ability in quantitative analysis, logical structuring, and problem-solving.- Technical Tools (Preferred): Basic proficiency in SQL, MS Excel (Advanced), and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI or requirements management tools like JIRA/Confluence.- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.- Cultural Fit: High level of ownership, proactive approach, and a strong collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams (ref:iimjobs.com)
