Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Eloqua Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Eloqua, with a strong understanding of digital marketing automation, and customer journey optimization. Basic knowledge on Sales Force or similar CRM is preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who can manage and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, drive engagement, and improve lead conversion rates. The candidate should be comfortable working in a highly matrixed global organization and possess excellent account management and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Eloqua.

2. Develop and optimize lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.

3. Implement trigger-based campaigns based on behavioral and profile data changes.

4. Utilize email, SMS, and social ads for multi-channel marketing automation.

5. Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

6. Manage and track leads and contacts within Salesforce or similar CRM.

7. Ensure proper integration and data flow between Eloqua and CRM systems.

8. Conduct data hygiene and segmentation to improve targeting and conversion.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

10. Manage project workflows and timelines using Wrike, Workfront, or Jira.

11. Communicate with stakeholders to align on marketing automation goals and execution.

12. Use JavaScript, HTML, and diagramming software to enhance campaign assets.

13. Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.

14. Analyze customer interactions and optimize automation strategies to enhance engagement.

15. Continuously test and improve email performance, segmentation, and personalization.

16. Troubleshoot Eloqua-related issues and implement best practices for campaign success.

17. Act as a tech-savvy marketer, proactively identifying opportunities for automation

improvements.

18. Stay updated on marketing automation trends and share insights with the team.


Mandatory Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua in a marketing automation role.

2. Basic knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM system.

3. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and multi-channel automation.

4. Experience with Wrike, Workfront, or Jira for project management (any one of the tools).

5. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, JavaScript, HTML, and diagram software.

6. Strong project management skills in a highly matrixed, global organization.

7. Analytical mindset with a passion for customer journey optimization, testing, and

troubleshooting.



Optional Requirements:

1. Eloqua and Salesforce certifications (preferred).

2. Experience with other marketing automation tools besides Eloqua.

3. Exposure to digital marketing strategies and technologies.

4. Knowledge of API integrations between Eloqua and other platforms.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Eloqua and Salesforce certifications (preferred).

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
