Job Description:

As a Sales Manager/Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, driving growth and innovation in the fast-paced world of sales. What you need to bring to the ‘table’:

- Strong interest/experience in HORECA Sales, with a deep understanding of restaurant economics, including P&L and associated complexities.

- Drive to achieve results and ability to coordinate with different functions such as category, supply chain, and customer service to provide outstanding service.

- Passion for innovation, seeking creative solutions even in the smallest details, and avoiding conventional approaches.

- Knowledge of best practices for selling to restaurants and foodservice organizations.

- Highly energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve success.


Who we are looking for:

- Individuals with 1 to 3 years of sales experience, eager to immerse themselves in the field.

- Those willing to learn the intricacies of our extensive range of 120+ SKUs and beyond.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on the HORECA sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

- Prospect and onboard new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other food service establishments.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and service to clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
